HR cum Admin Executive (Klang)

Job Description
  • Monitor and control the compliance of company HR policies, rules & regulations by the employee.
  • Provide HR support to the Superior and employees with consultation/ counseling (such as for performance, attendance & disciplinary obstacles).
  • Enhance and improve employee communication platforms.
  • Prepare recruitment advertisements, filter, and screen applications, arrange interviews, etc.
  • Liaise with external parties such as Recruitment Agencies.
  • Develop human capital by providing coaching on soft skills & technical training.
  • Monitor and control the truck’s PUSPAKOM inspection routine scheduled on a timely basis.
  • Monitor and control the validity of related Permit/ Boarding Pass such as PTP, TLP, JP, etc (IMS- ), on a timely basis.
  • Monitor and control the validity of vehicle Permits such as at JPJ, APAD, LTA, SCDF, NEA & JKDM on a timely basis.
  • Execute and communicate with internal parties for the renewal of the Permit or passes.
  • Coordination with external parties including the Authority or Agent for the business licensing.
  • Liaise with internal parties for any related admin financial arrangement.
  • Control of the administration payment is in accordance with LBL financial policy.
  • Improve and control the selling or buying of company vehicles (trucks and trailers) process to be aligned with current regulations.
